Refunds, cancellations, and moved days

These rules apply to commissions confirmed in a letter with Notion Anchor Analytics Co., Ltd.: the Circulation Atlas, Desk Watch, Holds Shelf Reading, and Chart Hour. What we hand over is the folio, booklet, or spare leaves that belong to the commission itself.

How to ask

Write to hello@notionanchor.click or telephone (02-530-6215). Give the library’s name, the confirming letter’s date, and whether you want a refund, a move of the day, or both. Postal address: 67/1 Pradit Manutham Road, Lat Phrao, Lat Phrao, Bangkok 10230.

Deposit

An atlas, a holds-shelf reading, and a chart hour are reserved with a deposit of thirty percent of the confirmed fee. A desk watch is paid in full when the day is confirmed.

Full refund

If you cancel an atlas, a holds-shelf reading, or a chart hour at least twenty-one days before the first visit or sitting, and we have not yet started reading your records, the deposit is refunded in full. If we cancel a commission, every amount you have paid toward it is refunded in full.

A chart hour cancelled at least seven days before the sitting, before we have printed spare leaves, is refunded in full, including the deposit.

Partial refund

If you cancel an atlas or a holds-shelf reading inside twenty-one days, but before we have opened the records, the deposit is retained and no further fee is charged. If you cancel a chart hour inside seven days, after the room was reserved, half the fee is retained and the rest is refunded, unless spare leaves have already been printed.

If drawing or reading has started, you pay the deposit plus the share of the fee that matches the weeks already spent, as stated in a short account we send you. The unspent share is refunded.

Work already started

Once we have begun reading slips or drawing leaves, that labour is not refunded. You still receive the drafts completed up to the day you stop, so the library is not paying for sheets it never sees.

Materials already purchased

Paper and binding materials bought for an agreed extra copy, or spare leaves already printed for a chart hour, are not refundable. We will not buy those materials until the letter names the number of copies.

No-shows

If the library is closed or no one can meet us on a confirmed desk-watch day, and we were not told in time to release the day, the day rate is retained. If we fail to attend a confirmed day, the day rate is refunded and we offer another date.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed visit or sitting once, without a fee, if you tell us at least ten days before the date. A second move, or a move with less notice, is treated as a cancellation under the timings above, and a new date may be quoted again. We will move a day at no charge when the library closes for a flood warning, a ceremony, or an official holiday announced after the letter.

Method and time

Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account that paid the studio. We send them within fourteen working days of agreeing the amount in writing.

Exceptions

If a folio is delivered and then a page is found to mis-state a column your staff had already corrected in the draft, we redraw that page at no charge rather than refunding the whole commission. A disagreement about interpretation, after the draft was accepted, is talked through in a further sitting; it is not by itself a refund of the fee.
