Holds Shelf Reading
The holds shelf is a queue with a time limit. This briefing reads that queue for one branch and writes it down.
What is in the briefing
We list the slips waiting on a day we agree, note how long each has already sat, and come back once, or work from the slips you photocopy, to see which books were collected. Titles that return from loan and go out again before closing are marked separately from titles nobody fetches.
You receive a short sewn booklet for one branch. A second campus is a second briefing.
What we need from you
The pickup window you tell readers — three days, seven days, or whatever is printed on your own slip — and a staff member who can say which column means 'collected'. We do not change the window. We show how the one you already use behaves.
The fee is 24,000 THB. A letter confirms the date we will stand at the shelf.
